Dane Bauerle isn't a theorist who stumbled into coaching after reading a few books. He spent over two decades inside corporate America - starting as a front-line manager and rising through the ranks to lead large, complex teams across competitive markets. He has sat in every seat his clients occupy.
He has delivered the performance review that ended a career. He has navigated the politics of a boardroom that didn't want to hear the truth. He has felt the weight of a struggling team looking to him for answers he wasn't sure he had. That experience - not a certification - is the foundation of everything he teaches.
In 1999, he founded the San Antonio Business Leadership Academy with a single mission: to bring the same caliber of leadership development that Fortune 500 companies invest in to the mid-market businesses that need it most. Since then, he has trained over 500 leaders, published a book on Amazon, and become one of San Antonio's most sought-after executive coaches.
