When you use our Employee Turnover Cost Calculator or request a report, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, company, number of employees, average salary, departures, and the resulting estimate. When you book a Curiosity Call, we collect your name, email, phone number, and the appointment details. Our website may also collect basic technical data such as your browser type and pages visited through cookies and similar tools.
We use your information to calculate and email your personalized report, to schedule and hold Curiosity Calls, to respond to your questions, and to improve our website and programs.
Receiving your report does not sign you up for marketing. If you tick the optional box for leadership tips, we will send a short series of tip emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and we will stop sending marketing email.
We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers to run our business, including GoHighLevel (website, CRM, email and automation), Zoom (video calls), and Google (calendar and email). They may process your data only to provide services to us.
Our website, forms, booking calendar and email run on the GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) platform. The platform sets cookies and records basic usage data that are needed for the site to work, for forms and booking, and to measure traffic; these may include analytics cookies such as Google Analytics-type cookies. We have not added our own advertising, retargeting or tracking pixels (such as Meta, Google Ads or TikTok) or any additional analytics tools to this site. You can control cookies in your browser settings. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep calculator submissions, report requests, booking records and contact records only as long as reasonably needed to deliver your report, hold Curiosity Calls, respond to you, keep business and legal records, and meet legal obligations. We review our records periodically and delete or anonymize information we no longer need. If you opt in to leadership tips, we keep your contact record while you are subscribed, and keep a minimal record after you unsubscribe so we can honor your choice. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of marketing email, by contacting us at [email protected]. Texas and other state privacy rights are honored where they apply.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.
