Coach Dane has spent more than 20 years helping business owners, managers and teams lead better. After two decades in corporate America, he founded his leadership training business in 2008. Since then, he has trained over 1,000 leaders, and across San Antonio he's known simply as "Coach Dane." He's also the author of Ding Dong! The Boss Is Dead…, a book on the seven principles of effective leadership.
His approach is practical, not theoretical. It all comes down to one simple belief:
